Common Precautions

• Transfer equipment parameters: Transfer temperature should be adjusted based on profile material and thickness, with a recommended range of 180-220°C. Low temperature results in insufficient adhesion; High temperature may cause substrate deformation or excessive ink penetration.
• Profile surface preparation: Profile surfaces must be clean, dry, and free of oil or grease before transfer. For metal profiles such as aluminum alloy, a primer coating is recommended to enhance adhesion.
• Transfer pressure and speed: Adjust silicone roller pressure and line speed according to profile shape. For irregular profiles, use profiling molds or vacuum transfer equipment.
• Storage conditions: Store transfer film in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Storage temperature should not exceed 30°C with humidity between 50-70%. Use within 6 months after opening.
• Color difference control: Conduct sample testing before batch transfer to confirm that post-transfer color matches the standard color panel. Slight color differences may exist between ink batches; Process by batch when possible.
• Waste disposal: Residual release film and edge waste can be disposed of as general industrial solid waste, following local environmental regulations.
