ASA ultra-weather-resistant functional film is a thin film product made from a ternary graft copolymer composed of ASA resin (acrylonitrile (A), styrene (S), and propionic acid (A)), weather-resistant inorganic pigments, and additives, through specific blending and modification, followed by film stretching. ASA ultra-weather-resistant functional film not only inherits the excellent physical properties of ABS but also possesses all the advantages of ASA, such as superior weather resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, salt spray resistance, oxidation resistance, UV radiation resistance, high temperature resistance, low temperature resistance, and wear resistance. ASA ultra-weather-resistant functional film is a key material in the production of synthetic resin tiles, extending the service life of the tiles and reducing discoloration caused by direct UV radiation, as well as high-temperature deformation and low-temperature embrittlement.
