Q: Is edge chipping prone during cutting?
A: SPC has higher hardness but lower toughness than pure PVC. Use tungsten carbide saw blades (≥80 teeth) with moderate cutting speed (≤3000 rpm) and steady feed. Light chamfering (0.3mm) with 200-grit sandpaper reduces chipping risk.

Q: How to clean stubborn surface stains?
