Common Precautions

• Substrate requirements: Substrate must be flat, dry, free of oil, grease, and loose dust. Uneven floors should be leveled with self-leveling compound or patching mortar. Tile joints exceeding 3mm should be filled.
• Pre-installation cleaning: Thoroughly clean the substrate. Residual wax, paint, or oil will reduce adhesive performance. Use mild detergent and allow to dry completely.
• Application procedure: Peel off the release film, align from one edge, and press down. Use a squeegee or cloth to push air bubbles outward from the center. For seams, overlap-cut after pattern alignment.
• Ambient temperature: Recommended installation temperature is no lower than 10°C. At low temperatures, initial tack is reduced; A hair dryer can be used to warm the adhesive layer before application.
• Heavy load movement: Avoid dragging heavy objects or frequent foot traffic on edges for 24 hours after installation to allow full adhesive bonding.
• Prolonged water exposure: Suitable for routine damp mopping or occasional spills. Not intended for areas with standing water, such as shower wet zones.
• Removal method: Use a heat gun or hair dryer to warm the surface, softening the adhesive before peeling from corners. Residual adhesive can be removed with adhesive remover or rubbing alcohol.
